I loved this article and couldn’t agree more! This was my biggest lesson this year. I quit everything and jumped into my own business venture — only to realize after a few weeks into it that change is not sustainable at a rate of 100%. Sustainable change is improving 1% everyday. Good things take time. Move slowly, move steadily and eventually, you’ll get there.
